General Return Policy
- Returns Before Shipment Preparation: Items can be returned without any restocking fee if they have not been prepped for shipment.
- Returns After Shipment Preparation: A 25% restocking fee will apply to cancellations or returns if the item has already been prepared for shipment.
- Refund Eligibility:
- The item is not shipped within 30 days of purchase (most items ship within 2–5 business days).
- The item was damaged during shipment. (Resolved through insurance; photos or videos are required.)
- Items In Transit: Items in transit cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
- Change of Mind: Refunds or cancellations for changes of mind are not allowed unless pre-arranged before shipment.
- Unwanted Items: Items cannot be returned simply because they are disliked by the customer.
Shipping Costs
- Warranty-Related Issues: Buyers must pay shipping costs for warranty-related transactions.
- Items Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect: We will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges in these cases.
- Approved Transactions: For all other approved returns or exchanges, buyers are responsible for shipping costs.
After Delivery
- Exchanges (Within 30 Days): Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- An incorrect item was sent.
- The item does not fit.
- The item is faulty or defective.
- Missing Parts: For missing parts, we will promptly ship the missing parts to you.
- Warranty Coverage:
- Items not installed professionally will not be covered under warranty.
- We honor all manufacturer warranties in accordance with their terms.
- Photos or Videos Required: All return or exchange requests must be accompanied by photos or videos showing the issue.
After 30 Days
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
